Generally, methods 2, 4 and 5 use heat to transfer the print onto the T-shirt. However, the transfer media used is completely different resulting in different print effect, comfortability, quality and durability.

1) Silkscreen PrintingSilkscreen printing is a popular and durable t-shirt printing method that involves the use of stencils to transfer a design. The costs for using this method will largely be affected by the numbers of colours and size of your design. As such, it is best to limit your colours used to your budget. 2) Vinyl TransferVinyl transfer is achieved by die-cutting special solid colour vinyl stickers. Following which, these stickers are transfered onto the T-shirt using heat. The printout is very durable as the vinyl will not crack like the normal paper transfer do. This method is often used for printing of individual name or numbers. 3) EmbroideryEmbroidery is achieved by using stitching needles and colored threads to create 3D logo effects. This method is often used for professional corporate looking logos on Polo Tees and Uniforms.
4) Paper Heat TransferPaper Heat transfer is best for small quantity printing. It can achieve full color design prints at a very affordable pricing and most suitable for adventurous designs on white based material apparel.
